About Return/Exchange Goods
•About return and exchange policy

Goods purchased over the internet can be returned and exchanged under certain circumstances after you receiving them. If there is any defect in any of our products, or you receive the wrong items (e.g. the sent items do not match the invoice), please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. Customer Return Policy

•We only accept goods returned under the following circumstances:
Note: Please be aware that in regular circumstances, any postage charges on returned items is on a customer's expense and is not refundable.

Please contact us before attempting to return/exchange any of our items. If an item is returned without notification, it will not be accepted for any refund or exchange.

Return policy is restricted to within five days after the day the package is received by the customer (in Japan), and within 7 days for orders shipped to countries other than Japan.
Any and all goods that are to be returned should be unused and unworn (except for checking size).
All returned/exchanged items must be in their original packaging. Please keep all tags and original packaging in intact condition. Please keep all tags, plastic bags, any other packages intact and attached. We do not accept any returned items with missing original packing or tags/attachments.
Please note the following goods cannot be returned: shuttlecocks, used products, stained/damaged products, limited edition items, special order items, and sale items, etc. The final decision will be made based on our judgement and standard policy.
Any customized mark/print items, or strung rackets are not returnable.
The items purchased from any shop other than Shuttle House cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Customer Exchange Policy

•We only accept goods exchanged under the following circumstances:
Note:  Please be aware that we only accept exchange for the same item (different colour/size). Any exchanges made for different items or new items will be treated as a new order. Please refer to the Customer Return Policy for more information on returning items.
 Please be aware that any postage charges on returned items is at the customer's expense and is not refundable.
Please contact us before attempting to return/exchange any of our items. If an item is returned without notification, it will not be accepted for any refund or exchange.
Please email any exchange requests to us, and include "EXCHANGE" with the size/colour you wish to exchange for when making an exchange. We will confirm we have stock of the requested size/color once the request is received.
   Please note the following goods cannot be exchanged: shuttlecocks, used products, stained/damaged products, limited edition items, special order items, and sale items, etc. The final decision will be made based on our judgement and standard policy.
For exchanging to other items (different from the orginal ordered item), please note that discount rate may vary according to the new balance. We cannot not garantee you will receive the same amount of discount. The discount will be re-calculated based on the newly exchanged items.

3. About the price and shipping charge when Returning/Exchanging goods

All of the shipping charges are at the customer's expense when returning/exchanging items. The freight cost will vary depending on the weight and the shipping destination of each order.
For exchanging to other items (different from the orginal ordered item), please note that discount rate and shipping charge will be re-calculated according to the new items, and will add up as a new balance of total amount.
At this point, customers who have made full payment will be asked to pay the outstanding amount when the new balance is due. Please note that we will inform our customers before taking any action when overpayment occurs. Where applicable, any outstanding bank service charges will first be deducted from the overpaid amount. The remaining amount will be treated as store credit, and can be combined with payment of your next order.
Shuttle House will contact customers when whose payment is due via E-mail or phone. Please remember to make the payment so we can deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

4. Our responsibility in Returning/Exchanging goods

If we have shipped the wrong item, or defective products:
Please do not hesitate to contact us. We will take responsibility for return/exchange delivery, including any postage charges that may apply.
Note: Customers are resonsible for checking their orders once they have received the products from Shuttle House. Please check all the details of received products. If there is any problem with our products, please contact us immediately. For the customers who have purchased rackets from Shuttle House, and noticed some defect or something else unusual after use, please report to us immediately. Please be aware that Shuttle House will not be able to exchange or return any goods once the time period of return/exchange policy is expired.
