About returned/exchanged goods
•Explaining how to returning or exchanging the goods which sent by the mail order.

The goods sent by the mail order can be returned and exchanged for convenience of the customer
If there are some defects of our products, (a difference between the invoice and the products), please do no hesitate to call us without any reservation.

1. Conditons of Returned policy for the customer

•We can only except Returned Goods when our customer fulfills the following conditions.
Note: Please note that customer's postage charges on returns are not refundable for convenience of the customer.

Before attempting to return any of our items, the customer must contact us. If an item is returned by the customer without noticing us, it may be unacceptable. Please contact us before returning any of our items.

Returned policy is restricted within five days after goods arrival.
Returned goods should be unwore (except for size fitting).
All return items must be in the original packing container, such as tags or the packing containers should remain with original condition. Please keep all of the items like tag, plastic bag etc intact. We do not except any returned items when missing and of the items, such as tag etc.
Please note that those goods cannot be returned according to our judgement, such as shuttlecock, used products or any stain on the products, limited edition items, special order items, sale items, and special price offer etc. Decision is made based on our judgement and standard of rules. Final decision is based on our decision.
Any mark or stain on the items, or strung racket etc are not returnable.
The goods cannot be returned that are purchased from the other shop, and not purchased from us.

2. Conditions of Exchanged policy for the customer

•We can only except Exchanged goods only under the following conditions.
The customer must contact us before attempting to return any of our items. If an item is returned by the customer without noticing us, It may be unacceptable. Please contact before returning any of our items.
In exchanging of any colour and size by the same item, please write down the details such as the size or the colour you would like to exchange,
In exchanging of the other item (Not the orginally ordered item),Please note that a discount rate varies according to the new items. Customers would not get the same disount rate. The discount will be re-calculate based on the newly exchanged items.
Note: Please note that except for exchanging the same item (colour/size), Any customer that wish to exchange for different item or returned item for a new one will be treated as a new order.

The customer will be responsible for all the shipping cost for both returning and sending shipping charge.

3. Conditons of the price of item and shipping charge when returned/exchanged goods

In exchanging of a colour and size by the same item code, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned articles. The customer will also responsible for the shipping charge of exchanged items. The shipping cost will depend on the weight and the desination of the order.
In exchanging of the other item (Exchange to new items), The discount rate and the shipping charge will be re-calculate, and we will have the new balance of the total amount.
For prepay customers, we will ask for the insufficient amount of money.
Please note that we will inform our customer before we proceed any action. Customers that make payment thru the bank will be deduct any bank service charge from the bank. The remaining amount will be desposit as the credit for our customers, and the customers can use their credit to make payment for their next order.
Customers that have not yet made their payment for their order, we will contact them by E-mail or phone. Please make the payment to us so we can deliver their orders.

4. Our responsible for the Returned/exchanged goods

If we have shipped the wrong item, or there is any stain on our products.
Please do not hesitate to call us without any reservation. We will be responsible for free return delivery and an exchange including any postage charge.
Note: Customers are resonsible for their order once they have received their products from us. Please check all the details of our products. If there is any problem with our products, please contact us immediately.
For those who have used their rackets that purchased from us and noticed there is something wrong with our racket, please reported to us immediately.
Please note after the long period of time, it may exceed the time period of returned and exchange policy. On this situation, we may not be able to exchange or returned your items.
