•Your original mark , such as Zeichen can be put into a trainer, T-shirt, etc.

Don't you want to make the uniform by a trainer, warm-up ware, bag and so on?
The mark can put into the Zeichen of game shirts decided with the rule, trainer and T-shirt.
If arranges the mark, teamwork will become stronger.

*The king of the mark processing method

•There are three method in the mark processing , such as "print", "sticking", "embroidery".

•The optimal method can be chosen by contents, the size, the marking part, quantity, etc.

	•Contents	It is optimal if arranging a character, an illustration, or logo mark, etc. in a team.
	•Contents
	•Style of handwriting	Chinese character(hiragana and katakana) = 20 styles of hand writing Roman alphabet = 3,000 styles of handwriting selecting is possible( under preparation)
	•Size	The bigger, the better (up to B4 size)
	•Marking position	Breast, back, etc.
	•Number of sheets	It is cheaper when putting the same contents in many numbers of sheets
	•Correspondence color	White•red•black•navy blue•yellow•green•blue•pink(deal with other colors by ordering)

	•Contents	It is suitable for the contents changed individually, such as the personal name

	•Correspondence color	Almost all the colors(over 400 and more colors)

*The flow and charge of print processing

•There are usually four processes in printing.

•Please note that we charge for each process of every increased color if carrying out multicolored printing.

	■price	Customer need to prepare rough manuscript in actual size .It is free.
	■note	There are a lot of past used samples, please refer to it ..

② 版下原稿	■Process of basic work	It finish the design manuscript which can print decided in rough manuscript.
	■Process of basic work
	■price	It costs *3,150 yen* once .(The first production charge is free) When it change to make or correct , it cost 3,150 yen each .time . ★It will be estimated to make character design if you want. ★When it put a logo, please prepare manuscript as clear as possible .
	■note	It can be chose a character from abundant style of handwriting . Character design will be free . if it prepared by yourself . It may cost extra charge if it need to correct .

③ 製版	■Process of basic work	It make one version from a block copy manuscript every one color.
	■Process of basic work
	■price	each one color　*１２，６００ yen* (Waterproofing wear is 14,700 yen .
	■note	B4 is basic maximum size . It costs extra charge , when it print bigger or special print (styrofoam or waterproof etc.) SHUTTLE HOUSE has proprietary rights of the printing , it cannot be given to customer .

④ プリント	■Process of basic work	It print (a silk print) every one piece of object goods.

	■price	It cost *630 yen* each color 　(Waterproofing wear is 840 yen) ★１回のご注文が１色（単色プリント）につき５枚以下の場合は一律*￥５２５*のプリント基本料をいただきます。 ★６枚以上の場合はプリント基本料はサービス致します。
	■note	胸・背中以外で特殊な箇所（袖・衿等）の場合、別途料金が必要な場合があります。

その他	■版の保存期間は、最後にプリントのご注文（追加注文を含む）をいただいた日から２年間です。 ■それ以後にに追加等のご注文をいただいた場合は新たに版代をいただきます。 ■なお、版下原稿は２年間経過後も保管いたします。

プリント料金計算方法の例	■３０枚のシャツに１色刷りプリントを入れた場合

	版下原稿代	１回３，１５０円ですが、特に手直しが無ければサービス	０円
	製版代	１色刷りのため１枚の版を作成	１２，６００円
	プリント基本料	６枚以上のためサービス	０円
	プリント料	３０枚Ｘ１色Ｘ６３０円	１８，９００円

	合計　　３１，５００円

★貼り文字加工の流れと料金

■プリントに比べ１枚あたりの価格は高くなりますが、版代が要らない分少数プリントに適しています。

■個人々々の名前が入る場合などに適しています。

① ラフ原稿	■Process of basic work	書体の種類・入れ方（ｱｰﾁ・２段等）大きさ・位置・イラスト等大体のデザインを決めます。

	■price	Customer need to prepare rough manuscript in actual size .It is free.
	■note	There are a lot of past used samples, please refer to it ..

② 転写シ｜ト作成	■Process of basic work	ラフ原稿に基づき熱転写シートを作ります。

	■price	１枚で１色ごとに*￥１，８９０* 基本は１色のみですが、多色の場合は１色につき１，５７５円の追加料金をいただきます。
	■note	ロゴ・指定文字・キャラクターなどは事前にご相談下さい。

③ 熱転写	■Process of basic work	熱圧着機にてウェアーに転写します。

	■price	シート作成料に含まれております。
	■note	胸・背中以外で特殊な箇所（袖・衿等）の場合、別途料金が必要な場合があります。

others	■直接ウェアーに加工せず、ゼッケンに加工する場合は、ゼッケン代として１枚５７８円別途頂戴いたします。
	■バレー・バスケット・サッカーなどで背番号・胸番号を入れる場合は追加料金１，５７５円で前後番号をお入れいたします。

★Process of embroidery manufacturing and charge
■Process of basic work	書体の種類・大きさ・位置・糸色等を決めます。
■price	個人名など１行１２文字（１．５ｃｍ角文字）程度で　￥６３０。１行増えるごとに１５８円の追加料金をいただきます。
■note	過去のサンプルが多数ありますので参考にして下さい。

■すべての加工方法で、５０枚を越える場合は、特別割引が出来ます。

■ご注文から仕上がりまでの所要日数は約１０日ですが、加工内容等により更に日数が掛かる場合があります。予めご了承下さい。
