•concept of stringing
Back to a long time ago, the rackets were made in wood, and those rackets
cannot afford the tension more than 16 pound. On those days, stringing
is usually done by hand, and no machine was involved.
Nowadays, the rackets have been improved by science technology and the
process of stringing is all done by machine. The technology we have now
allows us to add more tension and pressure on the rackets, and the string
is more endurable and stronger than before.
In our shop, we have our own special technique for stringing, and our stringing
machines are one of the best in the world from YONEX.. Even if you are
from oversea, please feel free to require our stringing service.

Tension list is not absolute and it is only the standard.
It can not be helped that there is a difference in the machine for the
way to string by each shop
This our list is a tension of 1 piece (2 knot ) string using our machine
Please understand it beforehand

For high tension, it is easy to damage the rackets or cut off the string,
the racket get burden when high tension applies to the rackets.
There are some cases that our technical staff might refuse to string customer's
racket because the racket cannot afford such high tension, and it may cause
damage to the racket.

our stringing machine

Stringing machine usually has 2 knot, 4 knot and 6 knot the point of fixed
racket .
Fixed many points can reduce burden for racket however it takes more times
for stringing .
Our shop using machine is ideal 6 knot , so burden for racket reduce extremely
. |

It usually string warp first , next woof .(In SHUTTLE HOUSE we have adopted
one piece (2 knot) that string warp and woof at almost the same time )
Warp can be pulled with tension set up but woof it cause easy to snap because
of friction make loosen So it need to string with shift

Hand operation fixed the tension set up , so it can't get it adjusted a
little keep loosen each woof .
Hand operation is adopted by private use .

It is good for private use the hand operation, but it is not suitable for
business use . |
| 3. |
Though electric machine is expensive , it keep constant tension by computer
control . It make correct loosen tension.
So it can string uniformity tension overall . |

control electric machine .

•Main current string one piece (2 knot)
| •Shuttle house has string one piece (2 knot) . If you want us to
string conventional 2 pieces (4knot) especially , request to us in advance. |

A few loosening occurs by all means when both ends of string are bundled
and stopped to one of the problems when string is raised. It compares with
stopping Cc to two past length and breadth by four places when it is a
method of division and raising, the bundled part is canceled putting one
it raised in string in one length and breadth, and Semi and the amount
surge are canceled in two places |
Other advantage oppositely , two piece (4 knot) give string stress , it
cause break or transformation .
One piece (2 knot) string alternately when string 75% warp the stress is
greatly reduced compared with 2 piece (4 knot).

Especially, string that crawls the outside of the frame decreases and externals
are
beautiful it is not a function side.

It takes twice time compare with 2 piece (4 knot)
And it takes stress to string a little
We string with care not to give stress keeping shift string .

•The easy way of one piece ( 2 knot)

The picture of top and end of string machine is thin , so it cause transformation
or break load one point on frame .
In SHUTTLE HOUSE in spite of one piece(2 knot) or 2 pieces (4 knot) we
use attachment , reduce the load on the racket. |

The string of part of center make neutral parts to not be able to finish
pulling in hinge clamp on structurally string machine .
It can't get uniformity tension all over.
It is used starting clamp warp start for having precisely tension each
string . |

It string each warp to be removing tension loss in frame . |

After finished warp , it start to string woof .
Because of 1 piece (2 knot) , set the starting clamp in short side ,it
make two hinge clamp use . And string long side . |

If it pulled quickly , it cause easy to snap because of friction make split
to malt string coating .
For prevent it , pull slowly to make shift string by oar or finger . |

It will finish to set the square in order at last . |
